Entrepreur-101 and Wealth-101

Entrepreneur 101 and Wealth 101 should be added in each and every school’s curriculum. Education system need to add subjects that will produce

YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS

Young Entrepreneurs

independent self starters. Main objective is to have more entrepreneurs who will create enterprises that will create employment for those who dont want to be entrepreneurs, but will rather be INTRAPRENEURS within entreprises created by entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneur 101
in schools will be focused on how to start a business, selling, marketing of products and leadership. This will remove the thought of being employed with how do I create employment. Our children will be learn that if you by something at this price and you add markup on that price, you will sell goods at a higher price and make a profit. This process will make one rich if continued with persistance. Independent thinking will be instilled at a young age. They will know that if they want somethig, they dont have to throw tantrums, but they would have to think out of their boxes.

Wealth 101 will focus on basic financial management, asset building and investing. Children need to learn these terms at an early age so that when they complete high school they shouldn’t think of being employed, they whould think of growing a business(es) they have started while they were in Grade 9. Going to University will not be to get educated and get a good job.

Those who will be presenting these subjects, preferably, should be people who have been and/or are exposed in business in their lives. In most cases

what we learn in the book it is totally different from what we experience in the real life business. Those who have entrepreneurial scars will be able to impart knowledge acquired through hardship to learners. I find it disturbing to be taught how to run and manage a business by someone who has never been exposed to some of of business or sold tomatoes at a street corners, on top of that he/she is broke to the bone. All over their faces is written spare change please! To catch a thief, u need to set another thief. To train an entrepreneur, you need another entrepreneur.

Universities and colleges will be seen as institutions or business development centres, areas that will be used to enhance and grow Wealth 401 and Entrepreneur 401. It is sad that we have more University graduates who are unemployed and some are blaming governments for not giving them jobs. If they were entrepreneurial, they would say ‘How can we help our government to help us create employment?’

From Afrika, Asia, America, Europe and all continents, Entrepreneurial skills need to be instilled in people at a tender age and by the time children reach university level, they wil know how they will make themselves wealthy. This will be a great relieve to parents who dont have money to pay for their kids at universities or colleges.

Let us become massively successful!!!
