Vieux Farka Toure live @ Bassline – Johannesburg

Vieux Farka Toure gave a stunning performance at Bassline – Johannesburg. Boureima “Vieux” Farka Touré is a Malian singer and guitarist. He is the son of Grammy-winning Malian musician Ali Farka Touré. Bassline was full and audience showed a positive feedback to the Malian singer and his band. The show was brought to the people by Kaya FM and Alliance Francaise.

I bought his CD after the show and had I had enough money with me, I would have bought all of his music CD’s that they were selling. Vieux is great so as his Father Ali Farka Toure.  They are a must have in your Jazz collection.
